Video 4 of 12. It's starting to look a lot like Spring, even though in the UK we have April showers.... I managed to pick a dry day to film this but it was very muddy in places, which I don't mind :) wet mud is quite refreshing and it was warm enough to dry out so I can't complain. I feel like this challenge is just getting to the good time of year - or rather my preferred time of year 😂
 
 
The 2023 challenge - 1 earthing vlog-style video each month (all 10 mins long), released at the end of each month. I've never done barefooting all year round and always skip winter, but the aim of this challenge is to try barefooting every month throughout the year - embracing the weather, all terrains, and temperatures. So watch my journey and experience and hopefully be inspired to try it out yourself. The vlogs are going to be more talkative rather than my usual ASMR nature style sounds, but I will continue to make them as creative and aesthetic as always :)
