January - the coldest month! I picked probably the coldest day to start this challenge as well, but it's all part of the commitment and fun. It's been super cold overnight, usually frosting over like it had during this video. I definitely couldn't go barefooting for very long in this temperature. I think the trick is to just keep moving but even so it becomes too much after too long.
 
 
The 2023 challenge - 1 earthing vlog-style video each month (all 10 mins long), released at the end of each month. I've never done barefooting all year round and always skip winter, but the aim of this challenge is to try being barefoot every month all year round - embracing the weather, all terrains, and temperatures. So watch my journey and experience and hopefully be inspired to try it out yourself. The vlogs are going to be more talkative rather than my usual ASMR nature style sounds, but I will continue to make them as creative and aesthetic as always :)
